  • Problems installing nuume on desktop?

Procedure 1

Go to hidden folder C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\com.nuume.mom\Local Store and delete all the data of previous nuumes. You may have to turn on ‘show hidden folders’ in folder options.

Then start the download again and act as described.

If that still does not work, try..

Procedure 2

Probably you got AIR saying ‘Sorry, an error has ocurred’ with error code 0. Please click the download button again, but save the file to your desktop. Make sure you deleted the files as described above. Then right-click it and choose ‘Open with…’ and choose Adobe AIR

Please let us know! The database adds the logos automatically. If your logo does not appear, it means that we don't have that destination registered yet. Please type the desired destination into the feedback form here below - we'll add it as soon as possible.

No. The nuume itself will always be free. But however, we may introduce extra features and experiences available to those paying a small fee.

  • What is the minimum age for using nuume?

You need to be at least 14 years of age. This is for data protection issues, but also for technical reasons: avatar creation has been proved best working with people over 14 years of age.

Sad! Please drop us a line and tell us why you cancel your membership, use the contact form. For identification reasons, you need to include the link to your personal nuume page. Copy the link when you're logged in. We willl ask you for confirmation via the registered email address. After that, we cancel your membership, delete personal data and send a confirmation email to you.

You can log in with the email you have registered with us. If you forgot that, then you really need to remeber your user name :-)
